Nick Reiter was quoted on January 31, 2018, in an article about conservative dating policies between personnel and the need to review and even revise organization's dating policies in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
Commenting on love contracts, Mr. Reiter said, "Employers increasingly are barring any romantic relationships between managers and non-managers, even if the employees are willing to sign a love contract acknowledging they are both willing participants in the relationship."
