Venable Obtains Zoning Approvals for 307-Unit Apartment Building in Crystal City, Virginia

On Saturday, October 19, Kedrick Whitmore with Venable obtained unanimous approval from the Arlington County Board on behalf of LCOR for development of a 307-unit multifamily apartment building in Crystal City, Virginia. The property is located across the street from a portion of Amazon's new HQ2 in Arlington County, and is part of the burgeoning 12th Street corridor. In addition to the residential component, the project will feature more than 10,000 square feet of retail, on-site affordable housing, and nearly an acre of publicly accessible open space.
