Mr. Craig, a co-chair of Venable's International Trade Group, maintains a diverse practice advising on a host of domestic and international regulatory compliance concerns. He counsels both U.S. and non-U.S. companies on transactional matters and cross-border legal/regulatory and policy concerns, concentrating on export controls, economic sanctions, technology transfers, Customs compliance, and transport (all modes) regulation.

Mr. Freeman is a partner in Venable’s eCommerce, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Group. He is an authority on privacy, cybersecurity, and the privacy aspects of advertising online, on mobile devices, in social media, and on connected devices such as smart TVs.

Mr. Ingis is chairman of Venable and a co-chair of the eCommerce, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Group. He is a nationally recognized attorney who has earned a reputation among peers and the industry as a thought leader in crisis management, privacy, marketing, advertising, consumer protection, e-commerce, and Internet law.

Mr. MacWilliams chairs Venable’s Commercial Litigation Maryland Practice Group and co-chairs the firm’s E-Discovery Task Force. He represents clients in commercial, securities and shareholder, business tort, and intellectual property disputes and tries cases—jury and non-jury—in state and federal courts, and before arbitration tribunals across the country.

Mr. Signorelli, a partner in the eCommerce, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Group, focuses his practice on advising and representing clients on issues related to data privacy and security. He regularly advises companies on compliance with relevant Internet, cybersecurity, advertising, and marketing regulations, as well as responding to data breaches.
