On November 6, 2024, Elizabeth Manno was profiled by LawWeek Colorado for the publication’s ongoing “5Q” series. The goal of these special articles is to help LawWeek Colorado’s readership get more acquainted with dynamic talent in the local legal community.
When asked to choose her favorite clause of the Constitution, Manno shared that it is “the Nineteenth Amendment, which granted women the right to vote in 1920.” “I was fascinated to learn through my involvement with the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL), which was founded 125 years ago in 1899, that before women even had the right to vote, they were lawyers,” she added. “They used their legal training in the fight for women’s suffrage.”
Manno also mentioned her favorite restaurant, Safta in RiNo, and her favorite weekend activity, “hiking in colorful Colorado.”
