Diana M. Krevor

Diana Krevor represents corporate and public sector clients before federal and state courts and various regulatory and state agencies including, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Maryland Department of the Environment, and the Maryland Public Service Commission. Diana has significant experience with litigation and negotiations relating to stormwater permitting, successfully defending Baltimore City's municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit in the circuit court and the Maryland Court of Appeals. She regularly counsels clients on a variety of environmental compliance and permitting issues associated with real estate development, telecommunications, and transportation projects.
