Diana M. Krevor

Counsel

Diana Krevor represents corporate and public sector clients before federal and state courts and various regulatory and state agencies including, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Maryland Department of the Environment, and the Maryland Public Service Commission. Diana has significant experience with litigation and negotiations relating to stormwater permitting, successfully defending Baltimore City's municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit in the circuit court and the Maryland Court of Appeals. She regularly counsels clients on a variety of environmental compliance and permitting issues associated with real estate development, telecommunications, and transportation projects.

Diana's experience covers a wide variety of federal environmental laws and their state counterparts, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and the National Historic Preservation Act. She has significant experience defending clients against high-profile citizen suits brought under federal law.

Activities

Diana served as an adjunct professor with the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law at The George Washington University Law School. 

Diana has an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters. She is also a member of the Environmental Law Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association.
