Kevin Shepherd spoke on the complexities of imposing on the commercial real estate industry the anti-money laundering requirements of the USA Patriot Act at the conference "Data-mining, Privacy and Surveillance in New Mexico." Kevin also gave two radio interviews on this issue at the conference. The conference, sponsored by the ACLU and others, dealt with privacy concerns and data-mining and surveillance issues arising out of the USA Patriot Act.
