Mark Vecchio spoke on a panel "Fundamentals for a Lifelong Partnership: The Lifecycle Approach to Infrastructure Delivery" on January 23, 2009 at the American Bar Association Mid-Winter Meeting in New York. Mark's presentation focused on risk allocation among the various players in a 3-P project, with special emphasis on developers' particular concerns vis-a-vis the state and various contractors and subcontractors in infrastructure development projects.
