Jonathan Pompan will moderate a panel and Q & A session entitled "Spotlight on State Consumer Credit Regulators" at the Association of Credit Counseling Professionals (ACCPros) Summer 2013 Conference. State consumer credit commissioners enforce state debt adjusting laws, credit services and credit repair statutes and more. Learn more about supervision, enforcement, and potential changes on a state-by-state basis directly from the regulators. Also, coordination and overlap with other state regulators, state Attorneys General, the Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will be discussed.
