On October 1, 2013, Stu Ingis presented a webinar sponsored by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), and the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) on California’s new “Do Not Track” disclosure law (A.B. 370), which was signed by Governor Jerry Brown on September 27, 2013 and becomes effective January 1, 2014.
