Stu Ingis and Ariel Wolf presented a webinar hosted by the Interactive Advertising Bureau and the Direct Marketing Association titled “California’s Online Advertising and ‘Eraser Button’ Law for Minors.”

During the interactive program, Mr. Ingis and Mr. Wolf discussed California’s new law, S.B. 568, that requires certain operators of websites, online services, online applications, and mobile applications to provide minors with a way to remove self-posted content, and that prohibits operators from advertising or marketing certain products and services, including alcoholic beverages, guns, and tobacco.
