COVID-19 PPP Loans and Compliance with Federal Non-Discrimination

Caryn Pass, Grace Lee, Janice Gregerson, and Ashley Sykes will update the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools on COVID-19-related issues facing independent schools.  This session will focus on the Paycheck Protection Program and what it means for schools to be recipients of federal financial assistance.  The discussion will include an overview of the nondiscrimination compliance obligations and practical steps to bring schools into compliance upon receipt of a PPP loan.
