As the global impact of the COVID-19 continues to unfold, Venable attorneys are working with clients to evaluate and respond to emerging business, legal, and operational issues arising from the crisis. We are actively identifying and considering the developments and obstacles that will impact our clients’ operations, including personnel concerns arising from illness or teleworking requirements, labor shortages and facility shutdowns, transactional delays and contractual cancellations, regulatory concerns, and all aspects of business disruption.
Our team is tracking and helping to respond to all pandemic-related legislation in Congress, as well as to statements, policies, and executive action from the White House and federal agencies.
