Join Todd and Shahin as they explore the principles of claims substantiation for pet supplements. They’ll explain why unsupported marketing claims can lead to regulatory risk and consumer mistrust, providing valuable insights on how to ensure your product claims are backed by solid evidence.

April 22, 3:15-4:45 p.m. — Crafting Defensible Claims: Reducing Risk and Enhancing Compliance

In this session, Todd and Shahin will discuss how to create strong, defensible product claims that align with regulations. They’ll cover how to minimize risk, enhance compliance, and support overall brand credibility through well-crafted claims.

April 24, 8:00-8:30 a.m. — Introduction to the NASC Treats Program

Todd will join Bill Bookout, president of NASC, to introduce the NASC Treats Program. This session will cover the goals of the program, how to participate, and what it means for your business, customers, and the industry as a whole, especially if you’re already making treats or considering it.
