On March 19, Venable hosted an event with Invoice Ledger featuring presentations on AI and private equity from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the New York office. The event featured three networking receptions and six panel discussions. Saminaz Akhter presented on AI applications in M&A law and due diligence and Kirill Nikonov presented on AI applications in Capital Markets law.
