Venable Partner Stacy Marcus will join the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law (EASL) Section’s 2026 Fall Meeting for its Theatre, Publishing & Entertainment Unions program on Friday, November 6. The program will cover a range of entertainment law topics, including developments in theatre, the evolving publishing landscape, and the role of labor unions across the entertainment industry.
The discussion will focus on each union’s jurisdiction, key provisions of their collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and areas where contractual requirements may conflict with practical realities or have not kept pace with shifts in the industry.
