As the Chief Negotiator for The Joint Policy Committee, LLC, Stacy leads the industry in the multi-billion-dollar negotiation of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contracts, giving clients a unique perspective on the issues shaping advertising and entertainment.

Her practice sits at the intersection of law, creativity and technology, with a particular focus on the evolving issues that shape how brands and talent collaborate and how content is created, distributed and monetized.

Stacy is the first woman to serve as Chief Negotiator for The Joint Policy Committee, LLC, where she leads the advertising industry in the multi-billion-dollar negotiation of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contracts and the American Federation of Musicians Commercial Announcements Agreement. In this role, she is at the forefront of the negotiations that shape the commercial production landscape and works with the industry's leading stakeholders on issues affecting advertisers, agencies, production companies and talent. Her leadership in this role gives her clients an uncommon perspective on the contractual, labor and business issues driving the advertising and entertainment industries.
