Tuck Washburne, Ralph Sharpe and Mike Pedone recently co-authored a completely revised version of the “Financial Institutions Acquisitions and Mergers” chapter in Jacob W. Reby’s Banking and Lending Institutions Forms, published by A.S. Pratt & Sons (a division of Thomson Reuters). Their re-write reflects changes in law and M&A practices that have occurred since the chapter was last updated in 2006.
One of the top selling books of its kind, Banking and Lending Institutions Forms is a complete encyclopedia of forms addressing all types of lending, leasing, financing and M&A transactions, as well as bank operations, and compliance. Tuck, Ralph and Mike’s revised chapter will be included in the upcoming supplement to Banking and Lending Institutions Forms, which is scheduled for distribution in early November 2010.
