Law360 on April 29, 2016. The article discusses what appears to be a developing trend after the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in
Comcast Corp. v. Behrend, where a number of federal judges have declined to certify damages classes in cases brought under California's Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and Unfair Competition Law (UCL) challenging allegedly deceptive and misleading labels on food products.
