In the Summer 2021 issue of the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Journal of Law and Public Policy, Nicholas Miller published, "A Palatable Option for Sugar-Coated Palates: Labeling as the Libertarian Paternalism Intervention that American Consumers Need". The article reflects on the effectiveness of previous attempts by the FDA to combat public health threats and proposes a path forward, with growing political momentum, that builds on the innovative food labeling models being tested in markets around the world.
