Nicholas Miller focuses his practice on complex matters related to commercial litigation. Nick graduated from the University of California–Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. While there, he participated in Venable's Summer Associate Program, conducting legal research and writing memoranda on a range of issues, including trademark rights, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising restrictions, and procedural requirements for the dissolution of a not-for-profit organization. Nick also interned in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he prepared research memoranda on bank fraud, sentencing guidelines, and Daubert motions.
