• Represented a restaurant group in a contract dispute with a service provider and obtained arbitration award in favor of the client, including client’s request for fees and costs
• Represented a retailer against an Employee Polygraph Protection Act claim in federal court and successfully opposed plaintiff's summary judgment motion
• Member of a trial team that represented a manufacturing company against age discrimination claims and obtained a full defense verdict
