Audrey Distler

Audrey Distler helps clients navigate a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as mergers; stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures; investments and financing rounds; and joint ventures and other strategic alliances. Audrey's practice spans many industries, including technology, consumer products and retail, life sciences and healthcare, entertainment and media, transportation, and financial services. She regularly drafts and negotiates key transactional and corporate governance documents. Audrey also has experience structuring and setting up family offices and related investment vehicles.

Audrey has advised on business transactions touching Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. She was trained in both civil and common law, and previously spent several years advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and venture capital transactions in the Paris office of a prominent global law firm, enabling her to efficiently coordinate work streams with local counsel and guide clients in the implementation and execution of multijurisdictional projects.
