Sarah Diamond

Sarah Diamond focuses on entertainment and complex commercial litigation, representing clients in a variety of industries, including media, entertainment, technology, and ranching. Sarah has represented studios, Fortune 500 companies, and talent in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, including at trial. She has extensive experience advising high-profile clients on best practices pertaining to contract disputes, intellectual property, employment, and privacy issues to minimize litigation risk.

Sarah has defended companies and directors and officers in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, privacy class actions, intellectual property disputes, securities class actions, and derivative cases. She also has represented pro bono clients in a variety of matters, including asylum, human trafficking, and domestic violence restraining orders.

Prior to law school, Sarah was the director of programming of a major American film festival.
