Sarah Diamond

Sarah Diamond is a trial lawyer and civil litigator with broad experience in the entertainment industry. Sarah has represented studios, talent, and Fortune 500 companies in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, including at trial. She has extensive experience advising high-profile clients on best practices pertaining to contract disputes, intellectual property (IP), employment, and privacy issues to minimize litigation risk.

Sarah has defended companies and directors and officers in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract cases, privacy class actions, IP disputes, securities class actions, and derivative cases.

Prior to law school, Sarah was the director of programming of a major American film festival.
