Sarah E. Diamond

Sarah Diamond is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice in the Los Angeles office, where she focuses her practice on entertainment and general business litigation representing clients in the media and entertainment industry. Sarah has represented studios, Fortune 500 companies, and talent in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience advising high-profile clients on best practices pertaining to intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, and privacy issues to minimize litigation risk.

Sarah has also defended companies and directors and officers in complex commercial litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, securities class actions, and derivative cases; represented public and private companies, investment banks, private equity firms, boards of directors, and individuals in a variety of actions in state and federal courts; as well as represented pro bono clients in a variety of matters, including asylum, human trafficking, and domestic violence restraining orders.

Prior to law school, Sarah was the director of programming of a major American film festival.
