Kristin Elia focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development. Kristin works with clients through all stages of real estate transactions, from negotiating purchase agreements to analyzing due diligence materials and preparing final closing documents. Kristin’s background in financial services and aptitude for business enable her to provide comprehensive and goal-oriented advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers alike. 

Kristin has experience coordinating complex commercial real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of office and retail buildings, and real estate acquisition and construction loans. She has also reviewed and advised on the real estate aspects of corporate merger and acquisition transactions.
