Mohamed also represents limited partners in primary fund investments, co-investments, and direct investment transactions. He has assisted both sponsors and acquiring parties in the completion of private secondary market transactions. Mohamed also has experience advising clients on potential conflicts of interest and issues related to the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and Securities Act.
