Max Fabricant assists clients in complex commercial disputes, particularly those arising in the entertainment and media industry. Max has experience handling matters involving reputational, intellectual property (IP), contractual, and employment issues, drawing on his keen understanding of the agreements and relationships that often shape these disputes. He has also worked on matters involving publishing arrangements, recording agreements, synchronization licenses, album clearances, and royalty terms, giving him insight into both the legal and business considerations that can arise in entertainment matters.
