Zack Garrett focuses his practice on patent litigation in the chemical and pharmaceutical areas. Zack has extensive experience representing clients in district courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He also conducts due diligence investigations and provides advice on licensing, settlements, and other intellectual property (IP) issues. Zack is a co-hiring partner in Venable's New York office. Before joining Venable in 2018, he was an associate at the boutique IP firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.
