- Represented an international homebuilding company in corporate acquisitions, structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, financing, complex company restructuring and all U.S. related governance requirements
- Assisted developer client with negotiation and drafting of complex joint ventures related to the purpose built single-family rental business
- Represented a national environmental nonprofit in stewarding acquisitions of tens of thousands of acres of land, in the aggregate, to be used for conservation purposes in perpetuity
- Handled all diligence, governance, structure, and closing logistics for real estate-related elements of complex, real estate-intensive mergers and acquisitions
- Served as U.S. counsel for a homebuilder in connection with its obtainment and ongoing management of a $225 million credit facility providing financing for more than 30 assets
