Daria Ivanova

Associate

Daria Ivanova counsels domestic and international clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contractual agreements, and general corporate governance. Daria has advised clients in complex transactions across an array of industries, including technology, healthcare, cybersecurity, construction, and consumer products. Her practice also includes assisting entrepreneurs with new business ventures. She has experience drafting limited liability company (LLC) agreements, buy-sell agreements, and other key business documents. As a Russian and Spanish speaker, she serves clients using her foreign language skills as needed.

Daria earned her J.D. at the University of Richmond School of Law, and her B.A. in political science, international relations, and public administration from Lindenwood University. While in law school, she was a legal intern with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.
