Venable Represents JTB Corp. in the Purchase of Northstar Travel Group

Venable represented JTB Corp., one of Japan’s leading travel solution providers, in the purchase of NTM Acquisition Corp. (d/b/a Northstar Travel Group), and all of NTM’s wholly owned subsidiaries.

Northstar is a premier B2B content and marketing solutions provider, trusted by the world’s leading travel brands. Northstar specializes in connecting travel professionals with top-tier suppliers and marketers — including major airlines, hotel groups, and cruise lines. In addition, Northstar hosts conferences and events throughout the country which bring together the travel industry’s most influential buyers and sellers.

The deal involved cross-border elements. Venable’s team worked with Japanese counsel, Mori Hamada & Matsumoto to advise the client.
