Gabriella R. Joseph

Gabriella Joseph supports clients on a variety of corporate and trademark matters. Gabriella has experience assisting in corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions. Her trademark experience includes filing office action responses, general trademark filings, and recording trademark assignments. As a Venable summer associate, Gabriella conducted research on contract claims, drafted entity formation documents, and presented her research on a litigation issue. In law school, she served in the Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic, where she gained experience interviewing and counseling clients, drafting memoranda, and developing business strategies for clients.
