She has experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and general business transactions, including conducting intellectual property due diligence in M&A deals. In addition, Gabriella advises clients on trademark-related transactions, including drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, settlement agreements, and trademark assignments, and recording assignments with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She counsels clients on structuring agreements to align with broader brand strategy and business objectives.

Before focusing her practice on trademark prosecution and brand management, Gabriella assisted clients with entity formation, contract analysis, and strategic business planning. Her combined experience enables her to assess trademark assets not only from a registration and enforcement perspective, but also as critical components of enterprise value in complex transactions.
