Tobi also brings a background of policy, regulation, and enforcement to her practice. As a Venable summer associate, she used her strong research and writing skills to assist in publishing an alert concerning IP rights, "Unique IP Concerns When Celebrities and Athletes Are Involved in NFT Projects."

In law school, Tobi served as a legal intern to two federal government agencies, where she witnessed the government response to privacy concerns as companies continued to develop cutting-edge technology that raised novel questions for the current regulatory landscape.

Tobi served as a policy intern to a privacy think tank, where she analyzed legal and legislative trends relating to biometric data privacy to help shape best practices and policies in the United States.
