Kevin J. Lipson

Partner

Kevin Lipson has been involved in some of the most important Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) enforcement investigations since the passage of the Energy Policy Act. Kevin navigates through the regulatory maze in order to minimize the impact on business operations and the bottom line. He has an excellent working relationship with regulators, and has helped resolved dozens of informal investigations to the satisfaction of clients in the trading, natural gas pipeline, and electricity utility industry.

His practice has evolved over time, and he now represents the estate of the iconic American pop artist, Robert Indiana, the creator of the world famous LOVE sculptures and other major works.
