Amy Marcus handles intellectual property (IP) disputes, including anti-counterfeiting, trademark and trade dress infringement, trademark dilution, false advertising, and copyright infringement. Amy also assists clients across the corporate spectrum with disputes in federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She has experience researching legal issues, writing demand letters, and drafting discovery requests and responses.

During law school, Amy worked for NYU's Business Transactions Clinic, where she advised nonprofits and benefit corporations in New York City on a variety of issues affecting their businesses. Amy was also a summer associate at Venable. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in-house as a legal intern with a major record label and a luxury fashion house.
