Dennis McMahon is a patent litigator who has worked on several trial teams in federal district courts, representing plaintiffs and defendants in jury and bench trials, before the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), and in litigation in the UK, Germany, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Dennis counsels on other intellectual property matters, including trademark opinions and prosecution, due diligence, and intellectual property transactions. His technical knowledge includes consumer electronics, such as digital cameras, printers, scanners, image sensors, facial recognition software, user interfaces, and touch screens; fire safety products; and pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products, such as pharmaceutical formulations and polymers.
