Dennis McMahon is a patent litigator who has been a member of several trial teams in various federal district courts, representing plaintiffs and defendants in jury and bench trials, and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Dennis also counsels on a spectrum other intellectual property matters, including trademark opinion work and prosecution, due diligence, and intellectual property transactions. His technical knowledge spans a variety of technologies, including consumer electronics, such as digital cameras, printers, scanners, image sensors, facial recognition software, user interfaces, and touch screen technology; fire safety products; and pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products, such as pharmaceutical formulations and polymers.
