Imani Menard

Imani Menard counsels employers—including public and private businesses and nonprofit organizations nationwide—on labor and employment matters. Imani assists clients with internal investigations of workplace incidents, including those related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also has extensive experience counseling clients on employee terminations, employment policies, and leave laws. In matters of litigation, Imani represents and defends employers against employment-related claims before state and federal courts.

In addition to employment counseling and litigation, Imani has considerable experience negotiating and drafting collective bargaining ordinances and agreements. She counsels clients in matters relating to union organizing efforts and unfair labor practice charges.
