Nick Marcello practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation in various district courts and in Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Nick has experience in electrical and mechanical engineering and has done work involving digital cameras, laser toner cartridges, lighting systems, train control software, compliance software, orthopedic treatment systems and software, and streaming technologies. Nick graduated cum laude from St. John's University School of Law, where he served as the associate managing editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and as co-president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
