Nicholas Marcello

Nicholas Marcello is an associate in Venable's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in the New York office. Nicholas practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation and an emphasis on life sciences and mechanical engineering.

While in law school, Nicholas served as the associate managing editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He acted as co-president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
