Michael Nozick helps clients navigate complex commercial real estate matters, including construction and development agreements, leasing transactions, real property acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance. Michael’s practice includes a diversified range of clients, from developers and institutional investors to nonprofit organizations and government entities.

Prior to joining Venable, Michael served as an associate in the New York and Charlotte, North Carolina offices of a global financial services law firm, where he represented bulge bracket banks, REITs, and financial institutions in structured finance and securitization transactions. Michael graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law and magna cum laude from the University of Georgia.
