Alissa N. Portner

Alissa Portner focuses her practice on complex product liability and mass torts litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Alissa served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Mark Coulson of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She conducted extensive legal research and assisted in finalizing motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and motions for default judgment. Alissa also has experience practicing personal injury law and defending clients in criminal matters before the District Court and the Motor Vehicle Association (MVA).
