Tara Pehush’s practice sits at the intersection of products liability, commercial disputes, and toxic tort litigation and arbitration. Tara represents and strategically counsels her clients, which range from privately held to publicly traded Fortune 500 organizations, in key areas such as risk management and complex appellate litigation. She is a seasoned litigator with nearly two decades of experience handling matters for clients in the manufacturing, technology, and pharmaceutical spaces.

An unwavering presence in the courtroom, Tara frequently serves as lead counsel at trial and in arbitration hearings. She seamlessly guides matters from their inception to their successful close, conducting direct and cross-examination of fact, expert, and corporate witnesses, drafting and arguing trial, hearing, and appellate motions.

Tara has experience acting as oversight counsel for various companies confronted by repetitive or mass tort litigation. Faced with this type of liability, Tara nimbly collaborates with local counsel to implement defense strategies. She has personally overseen a nationwide docket of 10,000+ claims for a mass tort client, coordinating management of claims, including delegating to partners and associates and personally handling high-risk claims with a select team.
