Justin Rostoff

Justin Rostoff focuses his practice on real estate law, including development, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and holding formations. Justin has experience representing ownership of multifamily, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use assets. He has led negotiations for multifamily mortgages and private loans, and counseled both the buyer and the seller side in the purchase and sale of multiple asset classes, including entity organization and structure. Justin has also represented property owners applying for permits, zoning approvals, land use applications, and variance issuances.
