Andrew J. Street

Andrew Street focuses his practice on a broad spectrum of real estate related work, including commercial real estate and multifamily development. Andrew previously worked as an attorney advisor at the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) and as an associate at a boutique affordable housing development firm, where he worked with developers, federal and state government agencies, and financial institutions to facilitate development of affordable housing throughout the US. Andrew has experience drafting and negotiating master development agreements, ground leases, loan documents, and other documents incidental to real estate transactions.
