Schofield Matthew
Matt Schofield is an associate in Venable's Corporate Practice in the Baltimore office. Before joining Venable, Matt taught Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 at Miami Central High School in Miami-Dade County, Florida. During law school, Matt served as an intern to the Honorable Sally D. Adkins of the Maryland Court of Appeals, where he researched and analyzed Maryland case law to support bench memos and discussions with Judge Adkins. He was also a summer associate at a national law firm, where he rotated among the practice groups of litigation, project finance, and corporate transactions; worked on Daubert motions; and drafted several types of transactional agreements.
