Williams Lauren

Lauren Williams assists clients with a wide variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, and corporate governance. Lauren also helps government contractors with transactional matters related to their business with the federal government and various state governments. Her government contracting experience also includes counseling clients in compliance and litigation matters. She actively participates in pro bono work.

While in law school, Lauren interned with the Honorable George Russell, III in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She also worked as a legal intern at Radio One Inc., where she was responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and assisting in-house counsel with a variety of corporate matters.
