Lauren Williams counsels companies on a variety of corporate law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Lauren also assists clients with corporate restructuring, debt and equity financings, and commercial contracts. She represents companies working in various sectors, including technology and professional services, and those in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, and healthcare.
Lauren earned her J.D. at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she completed the Business Law Track. She earned dual B.S./B.A. degrees in Business and Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
