Lauren Williams focuses her practice on the intersection of corporate and government contract law. She assists clients with a wide variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, commercial financing, and corporate governance. Lauren has experience assisting government contractors with transactional, compliance, and litigation matters. She also actively participates in pro bono work.

While in law school, Lauren interned with the Honorable George Russell, III in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She also worked as a legal intern at Radio One Inc. where she was responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts.
