Molyneaux Stephanie

Stephanie Molyneaux assists clients with a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contractual agreements, technology transactions, licensing, and intellectual property transactions. Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, she served as a legal intern at the Administrative Conference of the United States and worked with attorneys and consultants to develop specific recommendations to promote increased efficiency in government agencies.

Prior to law school, Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the American University of Beirut. She also worked in the office of corporate counsel at Bechtel Corporation, assisting general, principal, and senior counsel with various legal matters.
