A team of Venable attorneys will serve as coaches for CloSys Corporation, a company selected to present at Springboard Enterprises' October 2009 AllThingsLifeSciences venture road show. Venable's interdisciplinary/interoffice coaching team consists of Chuck Morton, Tom Barry and Carmen Fonda and will assist CloSys in preparing and presenting its venture presentation at the Forum events.
Springboard Enterprises is the go-to organization for information about and support for emerging growth ventures led by women. Venable has been a Springboard patron since 2005 and, during that time, has represented Springboard on a pro bono basis on matters ranging from employment and contract disputes to securities compliance issues.
