Earlier this week Venable announced that Dan Danello joined the Washington, DC office as of counsel in the firm’s corporate and financial services group. Danello brings deep experience structuring a wide spectrum of financial markets transactions, and overseeing corporate governance and compliance through two decades at Fannie Mae and Sallie Mae.
