Clark recently joined Venable as a partner in its national Labor and Employment Group in the New York office. Clark represents private and public sector management-side clients in labor, discrimination, wrongful discharge, benefits and other labor and employment-related suits. He has been particularly active in the healthcare field, representing both major hospitals and care organizations in employment related issues.
Peskowitz is a real estate finance attorney who joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Real Estate Practice Group. His practice concentrates on the area of commercial real estate finance, representing borrowers and lenders in the full range of debt and equity investment related to the development, ownership and management of real estate projects. His practice also focuses on loan syndication, the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, the formation of real estate joint ventures and partnerships, debt restructurings, loan modifications and work-outs.
