A Venable team led by partner Alen Aguilar recently counseled the Praedium Group in its sale of three Los Angeles apartment complexes to a local investor. The deals, which closed on August 13, were valued at $27.2 million. In addition to Aguilar, the Venable team also included associate Bret Siciliano.
