Venable's Technology Transactions and Outsourcing (TTO) team published recently its annual US Outsourcing law update for 2016 as part of the "Getting the Deal Through" global outsourcing publication by the UK's Law Business Research Ltd. In a cross-practice group collaboration, Bill Russell, Nora Garrote, Jim Nelson, AJ Zottola, Greg Ossi, and Charles Kolstad co-authored the guide's US law section which highlights the key issues and legal considerations that require attention in outsourcing transactions that involve the US.
